    Moscow metro station "Taganskaya" is located between the "Kursk" and "Paveletskaya" stations on the Circle Line. The station was opened in 1950 on the eponymous square.

    "Taganskaya" is a pylon station with three arches at a depth of 53 meters. It was built by architect Ryzhkov and Medvedev on a standard architectural design. At the station, there are two transitions: at the station "Taganskaya" and "Marxist".

    Pylons station covered with light-colored marble, floor - red and gray granite, travel walls - yellow and gray marble ceramics. The central hall is illuminated by chandeliers. The decoration of the hall completely devoted to the Soviet army (there are many sculptures, depicting Soviet soldiers).

    Metro station goes on Taganka Square.
